As the Christmas Season Begins...

Can you feel it... the quiet beauty of the Christmas Season arriving... carried by the gentle wintry breeze like the Heavenly scent of fresh cut Christmas trees from the old~fashioned tree lot down the lane...

Turkeys and pumpkins are all put away for another year...  elves and Santas and shimmery vintage villages take their place...skaters dance across a little ice skating pond as Christmas carols play in the background...

Sparkly birds nestled in pines...

Foxes frolic in a winter wonderland as they go for an impromptu sleigh ride...

Pinecones and evergreen boughs abound...

Snowflakes glisten like stars in the night time winter sky...

While visions of sugarplums dance in her head...

Our Christmas decorating is pretty much traditional...  I still love the reds and greens that say "Christmas"... and the vintage santas and elves and silver bells... as we welcome the Christmas Season at our home...  xoxo... Julie Marie
