"Bloom Where You Are Planted"...

Don't you just love seeing blooms come up in the most unexpected places... growing in wild abandon... these beautiful Grape Hyacinths (Muscari) are growing in between several rocks alongside the stream we walk past each day on our Nature walk... did someone plant them there just for me?... I am going to pretend they did... far away from a tended garden, they thrive happily in the Springtime sunshine... reminding me of a favorite quote...

"Bloom where you are planted"

Like the little Grape Hyacinths, I am happy to "bloom" just exactly where I am today in my life... are you?... xoxo... PS I accidentally hit "publish" earlier today on a post I had called Toujours Moi that was not ready yet, so I pulled it for another day... sorry!

I adore the flowers peeking up from their selected spot. My Dad always called those volunteers.

I agree. I just posted about something similar before I even stopped here to read your post. Must be something in the air??
