"Pink Friday" Shopping at Madeleine L'Amour...

I do not like crowds, so I never shop the sales at the big stores on Black Friday... but I did go to my friends El and Jen's beautiful boutique "Madeleine L'Amour" here in Centerville for their second annual "Pink Friday" sale and party... these ladies are both so adorable and their shop is just exquisite!... their sale and party started at 10 am (plenty of time to get ready, have my morning coffee first, walk Tessy down the trail)... I was still an "early bird" and was entered in their early bird drawing... they gave away five beautiful prizes and I won a pretty little flowered coinpurse!... everyone was also able to pick a lucky candy cane with a little note attached for up to 30 per cent off an item of choice...

So, I counted the candy canes until I got to the 13th one... 13 is my lucky number... mine was for 30 per cent off the item of choice... ladies, what could I do?... I HAD to buy this stunning handmade "GlamBag" I fell in love with... I simply had no choice... it was fate... meant to be...

It is the most beautiful bag, perfect for the holidays (or anyday) made from the softest silks and velvets, with lace and a velvet flower... lined completely in gorgeous leopard print velvet... smooshy soft... and so lightweight... easy on the shoulder... when I came home and showed it to Jack he reminded me I had said I would buy no more purses after I splurged on my Louis Vuitton this summer... I explained this was not a purse... this was a BAG... he rolled his eyes as he snapped my picture with it... I'm glad all you ladies know the difference between a purse and a bag... I just had to have it... really... I did... it's not a purse Jack (back me up here girls!)... xoxo...
