A Girls Gotta Have a Little Bling...

Lately, I have noticed some of my vintage rhinestone jewelry seems to be disappearing... hmmm... Am I just forgetting where I put it... or have there been thieves in the night???... no, I always remember where I put my precious jewels... it must be a thief!...

Ahh ha!... caught her in the act!...

She begged me to be lenient with her... she reminded me how much crows love shiny objects, and she thought my vintage jewelry was the prettiest and shiniest of all... she pleaded with me, telling me "you must understand"...

"It's not so much for me as for my babies"...

"I want them to have the finer things in life... precious jewels to satisfy their craving for shiny objects... not just an old piece of tinfoil or such"...

Each baby carefully chose their favorite pieces...

What could I do???...

Remembering how much I loved dressing up in my mama's jewelry when I was a little girl, I told them to have a good time and left them alone... after all "a girls gotta have a little bling" right???... xoxo...

We must be thinking alike because just yesterday I "dressed" one of my crows in a little bling too. My husband just laughed at me but I thought she needed some jewelry. Yours are so cute!

Hi Ju

Yes A girl has got to have her Bling!!!
I love some good bling. It looks like those crows are enjoying your bling. You do have some nice pieces in your collection I don't blame them for wanting in on the action. Love the tiara look on their head. You are so creative. I hope you left them out like this. It is a good way to display what you have or things you will wear soon. Love yah Filly

Hi Julie,
Oh what a darling post and right after my own heart too. Yes, a girl has to have a little bling.
I love your chest full of gorgeous gems. What a treasure of memories and shine. The crows are going to be stylin with fun!
I enjoy my collection too and sometimes I wear a piece on my jean jacket or pin a pillow or two.

Love ya.
Have a special Thursday.
I am burning the candle at both ends. LOL But loving it!!
