Hi Julie Marie ... I found you through Karyn and French Charming. What a beautiful picture to go with this post. Such a sad time for so many people. oxox
Oh Julie...I can tell you stories. My neice lives in Alabama and my Aunt and Uncle were comimg home from Florida and were in Georgia when the tornada hit. Due to a set of circumstances that most of us would find annoying, they were at the Cracker Barrel when their hotel was hit and were SAFE! They were not able to get back to their hotel until today. Oh also everyones car windows at Cracker Barrel were blown out EXCEPT my Aunt and Uncles. God is good and prayer changes things!! Hugs~
DEAR JULIE~SOOO DEVASTATING!! MY HEART ACHES FOR ALL THE PRECIOUS LIVES THAT WERE LOST!!! AND THE ONES LEFT BEHIND WITH OUT THEIR LOVED ONES... MY PRAYERS ARE WITH THEM ALL!!
I just heard from one of my blogging buddies and found out she was safe, so I am one thankful lady tonight! I am so sorry for all the devastation they are going through right now. I think all of us are praying for them.
It is so hard - to express both feelings at the same time. We feel...horrible for the loss of family and friends in Alabama and other states - Yet feel joy - for everyone in England who is enjoying this momentous day. May God be with those who are hurting and suffering from their losses. And God Bless William and Katie. I pray this is a forever union. Good job Julie Marie! :) Karen
I live in a peaceful, bucolic little rural town with Jack, my love of 35 years and Tessy, our beautiful English Pointer stray we rescued, who fills our home and hearts with happiness and love. Folks are friendly here and the surrounding countryside is beautiful... simple country pleasures make me happiest...my days are spent sharing laughter and good times with family and friends, tending to my old~fashioned cottage gardens and country home, daily Nature walks, my everlasting love for all of God's precious little creatures, daydreaming, and taking time to live each day to the fullest. I am of French and English heritage and I cherish the people, places, objects and events from the past, for they are all a part of who I am today. I hope you enjoy your visit to Idyllhours and will come back often... the coffeepot is always on... xoxo Julie Marie
