Just a Small~town Blog....

Christmas is almost here... and I wanted to take the time today to say "thank~you" to so many of you ladies who have visited me here at Idyllhours over the past year... your visits and comments mean so very much to me... mine is just a simple, ordinary, every~day kind of blog... I post about whatever is in my heart that particular day... I am not rich or famous, I don't live in an extra big fancy house or own an exquisite shop...infact, some days I wonder where I fit into this place called Blogland... or do I?... the one thing I do know, is that if I only had one follower, who left one comment, but I made that one person smile...or brought back one precious memory for them... then I am content... I don't ever want to feel like I am competing in this land of blogs... that's just not me... I guess it is only natural to reflect at this time of year about the things that really matter to us and what is most important in, family, friends, and all God's precious little creatures top my list...

So to you dear friends, I wish you all a very Merry Christmas... and yes, that too comes straight from my heart... xoxo

Merry Christmas sweet friend!! I think you have a lovely blog. I have lost many readers over the last eight months. It amazes me how judgmental people can be when they dont even know the truth!! I sure hope this next year is better :)
Love and hugs,

Julie Marie,
That's exactly what I love about your blog, too. That you are from the heart. You are real. You love the details, the stories, nature . . . you have a heart as big as the whole wide world, I do believe.

Visiting your blog does make my life better because I see things through your eyes. It's so good to stop and appreciate things differently. Thank you, dear friend, and Merry Christmas!

I think, your blog is lovely, I also have had a lot less visitors (that leave comments) in the last 4 months or so.

Then again, I don't post everyday like I did when I first started my blog. I seem to be suffering some sort of writers cramps; or something.

You fit into blogland just as well as anyone else, so please keep sharing...

Dear Julie Marie~

I must have needed to find you when I first started blogging almost two years ago. Ever since I first made your acquaintance you have brought so much JOY into my life and I am so incredibly blessed because of you. Your bloggie is the icing on the cake!

I have to also add that you and your giving, generous heart has blessed my little Miss K. You know her story...her miracle. You of all people understand her journey and it feels good to have a friend who can shoulder the burden and pray along side of me.

I sent you a little something from me and they K-ster! :) She helped me with it and she chose the colors...:)

I love you friend. Merry Christmas.

Dear Julie Marie,
Your blog is wonderful, thought provoking, and always brings back memories of my childhood as your posts are filled with loving thoughts on your family!! I love coming over here to vist and having you as my friend...and the only way to be 'rich' is if you are loved and happy and that my friend you are by so many!! I know a lot of rich people who live in lonely miserable big houses,,,,its very sad they really have nothing to contribute to the world. They need to come over and visit you and to understand whats really important in the world!!
God Bless and Merry Christmas
