It's a Good Thing! ...

I LOVE Autumn and I LOVE Halloween...I start decorating early for both, as they seem to come and go sooo fast!... today I bought this wonderful new magazine by Martha Stewart called the Best of Martha Stewart Halloween Handbook... I save all of my October issues of Martha Stewart as I think she puts out one of the best Halloween inspired magazines of all, and many of her fun decorations are available at crafts stores locally...

So, it's a rainy, dark and stormy night here tonight... perfect for sipping on something yummy to drink and seeing what is in store this Halloween... Martha Stewart Halloween Handbook... It's a good thing!... (Sorry Martha, I just HAD to say that! You don't OWN that or anything... do you???)... I'm just certain she follows my blog... tee hee hee!... xoxo

Hi Girlfriend,
That issue looks interesting. Love the cover. I too love the Autumn and all the decor that goes along with it. Not a big Halloween decorator, but a Fall Harvest look for sure.
You certainly are inspiring me to pull out all my decorations and get busy by the first of Sept.

It was cool here this morning. We enjoyed tea outside sitting on the patio. I have been looking forward to this for so long. Relax and catch up after L's long travels.

Have a lovely weekend my friend.
Love to you, Celestina Marie

Thanks for posting this, Julie Marie! I walked to my bookstore this morning and bought a copy and a Better Homes & Garden Halloween tricks & treats magazine. Going to be so fun looking through them. A dark & stormy night sounds fab!
Love to you, I owe you a phone call (was a rough week w/the heat).

Oh Julie Marie, I can just imagine you enjoying every page of the MS magazine. And Iafter reading the post before this post, I know that we are definitely kindred spirits. I would wait for the newest issue of Victoria to come out and then I would wait for the children to leave for school and shut myself away to enjoy every page and every article. I have kept every one and still go through them at least once a year.
I thank you for your sweet words that you left for me today. I don't think you will ever know what they meant to me.

Can you believe it's almost that time of year again?! I enjoyed seeing your Halloween posts last year and I'm looking forward to seeing what new things you come up with this year.

I'll have to see if I can get my hands on Martha's handbook! Of course Marthaa reads your blog, where else does she get such fabulous inspiration?!!

Big hugs and Toby kisses,

Hi Julie Marie,
Stopping by to say hello. Hope you had a great weekend and start to this new week.
Can't believe we are into Sept. in a few days. I am so ready and want cooler temps in the worst way. Today we had a quick rain shower. Not near enough though.
I am getting ready to pull out all my Fall Decorations and start to decorate soon.
Love the change in season.

Have a great evening my friend.
Love to you, Celestina Marie

I love fall, but not the coming winter! We have been getting nice cool mornings lately which is preparing us for fall. All I need now is to smell wood smoke outside, and I'll know the season has begun!
Take Care,
